Returns & Exchanges – FAQs

  • Because all of our merchandise is printed to order, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for these reasons. Please double-check sizes, colours, and details before placing your order.

  • If your product is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’ll fix it right away. Just get in touch with us via our Contact Page and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • If your return is not due to a fault, you’ll need to handle the return process yourself. Please contact us first through our Contact Page so we can guide you on the next steps.

  • Yes – items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unused). We recommend sending them back with a tracked postal service for your peace of mind.

  • At TACA, all of our merchandise is printed to order to reduce waste and support our commitment to sustainability. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item is faulty.

    Faulty Items - If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us straight away via our Contact Page. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

    Non-Fault Returns - For returns due to change of mind, size exchanges, or any reason other than a product fault, customers will be responsible for handling and covering the return process. Please contact us first via our Contact Page to discuss the next steps before returning any items.

    Important Notes - As all products are custom-printed to order, we cannot guarantee exchanges for different sizes or colours.
